Acupuncture

Originated from ancient China, acupuncture or Eastern Medicine is widely known and practiced in East Asia and has been used for thousands of years.

Acupuncture is about restoring balance of energy in your body system. It's based on the theory that energy or             qi(pronounced "chee") flows throughout your body through pathways called meridians. And if any of these meridians are blocked then your body will be unbalanced and it will lead to pain or illness.

Acupuncture involves the insertion of sterilized fine needle through the patient's skin at a specific point where energy or qi is blocked and stagnated. And the purpose of it is to opening up the pathway to balance the flow of qi in your body.

Cupping

Utilizing plastic cup and suction pump, the skin is gently lifted upward by creating vacuum in a cup over the selected area of skin. The cup is generally left in place for about 10 minutes. This procedure helps blood circulation over the pain area to relieve the pain, muscle knots and to improve qi flow.

Herbal Medicine

Using variety herbs(active ingredients made from plant parts, such as leaves, roots or flowers) to offer an alternative treatment for various diseases. Herbal medicine has been used for many centuries, and it's becoming more popular in the Western world.
